Responsibilities

Articulate Penguin Ai's unique brand and value proposition with compelling narratives for everyone - customers, partners, investors, the press, and beyond
Oversee all brand messaging and creative assets, ensuring our identity shines across every channel - website, digital campaigns, landing pages, mailers, and email
Act as the ultimate steward of Penguin Ai's brand and core messaging architecture, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our vision, values, and ROI
Dive deep into customer research to segment, target, message, and allocate channels for maximum impact
Collaborate closely with Sales to research, curate, and develop killer sales enablement tools - from pitch decks and fact sheets to demo videos – that fuel pipeline movement
Lead and execute high-impact marketing and advertising campaigns to acquire new customers
Work with our Head of Partnerships to execute a co-marketing playbook that leverages partner strengths and adjusts strategies to hit collaborative marketing goals
Oversee our Content Management System (CMS), keeping all web content fresh, relevant, and engaging
Draft, edit, and manage unique content and thought leadership pieces that dramatically boost brand awareness and establish us as industry pioneers
Mastermind our LinkedIn and other social media channels, turning them into vibrant hubs of engagement
Maintain a dynamic industry events calendar, manage sponsorships, coordinate trade shows, and organize business development meetings - making every event a success
Manage all copy and graphics for trade show signage and booth logistics, ensuring our presence is unforgettable
Oversee all external marketing, creative, and PR agencies and consultants, ensuring they deliver peak performance and value
Manage our PR agency, staff CEO and leadership teams for media interviews, ensuring our voice is heard loud and clear
Meticulously manage marketing, events, and PR budgets, ensuring resources scale efficiently and deliver maximum impact

Required

Enterprise Marketing Veteran (5-10 years): Proven success in enterprise marketing roles, from brand building to customer research, segmentation, and engagement, especially in B2B environments
Health IT Dynamo: Successfully developed and grew a health IT company's business and brand, ideally from an early-stage startup to scale
Campaign Commander: Proven success managing complex B2B campaigns and budgets in digital health/health IT
Financial Foresight: Deep understanding of marketing/sales forecasts, budgets, planning, and P&Ls (bonus if you're a CRM wizard!)
Agency Acumen: Management experience overseeing external marketing firms and agencies
Problem-Solver & Communicator: A natural problem-solver with crystal-clear communication skills
Wordsmith Wizard: Strong copywriting and editing skills that captivate and convert
Scrappy & Accountable: A self-motivated, organized, and accountable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Marketing Experience: You've developed and executed B2B enterprise marketing campaigns, including content development, ABM, and channel marketing
Analytical Ace: You're comfortable with marketing analytics (open rates, conversion funnels) and use data to drive decisions
Customer Focus: You gain deep insight into customer needs, identify opportunities, and build solutions that delight
Design Eye: You possess a keen eye for design, capable of critiquing creative work and ensuring brand alignment and a best-in-class visual identity
Results-Driven: You have a strong bottom-line orientation, persist through obstacles, and consistently exceed goals – a true achievement champion
Strategic Planner: You set objectives aligned with broader goals, break down initiatives, and anticipate contingencies – your work is always planned and prioritized

Education & Qualifications: MBA/M.A. or Undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts or other
