They are hiring Business Development Representatives to generate and qualify leads for significant Capex deals, working closely with the advanced sales team to engage decision-makers and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct outreach and discovery with target accounts in the beverage, food, and industrial sectors
Qualify leads and secure meetings with decision-makers for the advanced sales team
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and lead generation strategies
Stay up to date on water infrastructure trends and communicate our value proposition clearly

Required

6 to 24 months of SDR/BDR experience
Comfort selling into legacy vendor environments
Qualifying highly technical enterprise solutions
Conduct outreach and discovery with target accounts in the beverage, food, and industrial sectors
Qualify leads and secure meetings with decision-makers for the advanced sales team
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and lead generation strategies
Stay up to date on water infrastructure trends and communicate our value proposition clearly
Resourceful, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainability and innovation
Strong communicator with excellent qualification and research skills

Preferred

0–18 months of BDR or SDR experience
Excited about working in-office (Boston HQ or new NYC office)
Gritty, proactive, and passionate about sustainability
