Responsibilities
Attending hearing, taking and defending depositions, while analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies
Drafting written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, documents requests and request for admissions
Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation
Timely and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines
Demonstrable experience investigating and case handling with respect to research and discovery
Strong litigation experience with a capacity to be a proactive team player
