Mid LevelAzusa Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Core HCM Functional Consultant to join our team of talented consultants. This role focuses on providing subject matter expertise, functional guidance, and hands-on configuration support for the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Responsibilities
Proficient in Oracle Cloud Core HCM, guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment
Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Configure Oracle Core HCM Cloud features, such as learning catalogs, content, communities, ILT, and blended learning programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals
Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources
Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience in Core HCM
Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud Core HCM
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Core HCM and its integration points
Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification preferred
