Responsibilities
Preparing requests for proposals
Evaluating subcontractor proposals
Developing cost/price analysis
Negotiations
Purchase order and contract creation/documentation
Purchase order maintenance
Managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands
Communicate across multi-functions within Lockheed Martin
Responsible for several direct team members ensuring success through regular engagement and support
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in preparing Request for Proposal packages, evaluating supplier proposals, managing subcontracts and supplier relationships
Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP OR MRP) system
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Experience negotiating terms and conditions, and pricing
Preferred
Experience training and leading other team members
Experience working independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
