Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Train computer users and promote good computing practices within the organization
Work closely with other IT staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of all IT-related issues and actions taken
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
6 to 8 years of proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards
Preferred
Relevant certifications would be a plus
Preferred technology expertise in Windows AD, ESXI and Veeam
