They are seeking a Resolutions Intern to assist with litigation management and claims support, providing a unique opportunity for law students to gain in-house experience.

Performing legal research
Evaluating insurance coverage
Collaborating on liability assessments and the development of resolution strategies
Identifying diverse defense counsel
Observing focus groups
Mock trials
And/or mediations
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a JD program
Strong research skills including familiarity with LexisNexis
Ability to analyze financial data
Professional, adaptable, and congenial attitude
Willing to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
