Responsibilities
The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services to support the Department's Office of Information Technology (Client) in a multiyear effort to manage the Division of Consumer Services'(Division) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution
The Product Development Manager will lead the strategic development and delivery of technical solutions that align with the Department's goals by partnering closely with both the Division and the Client
The Product Development Manager will leverage IT systems expertise to identify automation opportunities, improve processes, and translate business needs into clear product strategies and functional specifications
This role requires the ability to assess current workflows, drive business process innovation, and translate high-level business needs into actionable product roadmaps and functional specifications
The Product Development Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to ensure solutions are usercentric, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing product development and delivery of technical solutions
Ability to assess current workflows and drive business process innovation
Expertise in identifying automation opportunities and improving processes
Capability to translate business needs into clear product strategies and functional specifications
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders across divisions to ensure user-centric solutions
Ability to create actionable product roadmaps and functional specifications
Experience in IT systems and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
