Responsibilities
Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout
Qualification
Required
Handling or servicing credit cards, not just general loans or third-party work
Microsoft systems experience and e-card processing are relevant but teachable
Data entry & case management: How the candidate tracked and processed credit card cases in systems
Overall handling of a case: Step-by-step understanding of managing a credit card dispute or issue
Merchant interactions: Whether they coordinated with merchants or middlemen (not direct customer interaction)
Dispute investigation: How they investigated and resolved credit card disputes, including documentation and follow-up
User level experience with Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail – being very accurate
Ability to perform researching and analysis while following specific procedures
Understanding of Loan processing
Finance/ banking
Back-office credit card processing and accuracy
