State Clinical Director (Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA) – Colorado
Achieve ABA Therapy Group is a growing, independent ABA organization dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered therapy across Colorado. As the State Clinical Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping ABA services for families, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs, and ensuring high standards of clinical documentation.

Responsibilities
Serve as the State Clinical Director – Colorado, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs with a focus on quality outcomes
Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable client goals
Lead caregiver meetings to ensure family involvement and progress monitoring
Balance in-home and telehealth services across assigned cases
Maintain high standards of data collection and clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Strong communication and leadership skills with families and team members
Experience with both in-home and center-based services
Comfort with technology-based ABA tools
Must be able to relocate to New Hampshire prior to starting
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
