Responsibilities

Develop and execute Veeva Vault and CRM solution architectures to meet business needs
Consult on best practices, design and implement business processes, and support pre-sales activities
Collaborate with clients to identify and address system requirements and ensure alignment with industry standards

Required

Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and the ability to design tailored solutions
Proficiency in Consulting and understanding of client-specific needs
Knowledge in Business Process optimization and integration across systems
Experience in Presales activities and proposal development
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including Veeva Vault
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry
