Responsibilities

Provide guidance to leaders and team members on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Lead investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes

Support the review cycle, coach leaders on feedback delivery, and manage exit interviews to capture insights for improvement

Partner with the Talent Acquisition HR Center of Excellence and hiring managers to recruit top talent, participate in interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences

Support career growth conversations, reinforce learning initiatives, and promote skill-building opportunities across the facility

Help team members understand Sartori’s total rewards package, including pay, health benefits, and wellness programs

Lead HR-related projects, support organizational changes, and ensure clear communication throughout transitions
