Engineering Project Manager
Infosoft, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for their Power/Energy division. The role involves managing multiple modernization and upgrade projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
Individually manage all aspects of multiple Modernization & Upgrade projects and Inspection/Repair projects simultaneously through project execution and warranty phases
Ability to interact with internal partners, including multiple Energy facilities, third-party Suppliers, and external Customers to ensure assigned projects are completed on time, on budget, with high levels of quality and Customer satisfaction. Report to Senior Management on the status of assigned projects
Identify risks and manage/mitigate their impact on the overall project success
Manage revenue and EBIT targets for the business through the successful and timely completion of projects
Participate in / lead improvement initiatives tied to Risk Management, OTD, Cost, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, or other business-critical needs
Qualification
Required
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in an Engineering, Business, or Project Management discipline
PMI or equivalent PM certification is beneficial
A proven track record with a minimum of 5+ years' recent experience working in a Project Management /Project Lead role
Self-driven, motivated with a strong work ethic
Customer-focused, collaborative mindset with proven ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment frequently under internal and/or external time constraints
Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience communicating effectively both internally with peers/management and externally with customers
Detail-oriented individual with strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
Knowledge and experience with turbines, subcomponents, assembly, manufacturing, or repair methods
A thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and drawings is required
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred
Previous experience with other types of rotating turbomachinery or roles in Marketing & Sales and/or Field Service is considered a plus
