Responsibilities
Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive NYC market, leveraging self-generated leads and established industry relationships
Cultivate and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
Devise and execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization's capabilities and value proposition
Efficiently and accurately process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or equivalent
5+ years in Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry
Valid driver licenses and acceptable driving record
Preferred
Familiarity with NYC Building Codes and NFPA72 regulations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the compliance landscape
Adeptness in utilizing software tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software)
