The role involves maintaining databases, booking trade tickets, and assisting with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Maintain database of bid lists organized by date and product, including adding and tracking information for salespeople

Book trade tickets and monitor trading books throughout the day to ensure accurate and compliant reporting

Pull requested data from Bloomberg and other databases such as pricing information, market data, trade history, bond specific details, etc

Assist in administrative duties such as account openings, expense reports, and travel itineraries through Navan

Required

Recent graduate from a top university

Series 7 and 63 licenses will be required
