Administrative Director of Quality
Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Director of Quality to promote growth and unlock possibilities. The role involves managing the Quality Management Department and implementing the Quality Management Program to improve patient care.

Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of the hospital wide CQI Program
Work with the Medical Staff leadership, TMF/Federal Representatives and hospital staff
Assist the leadership team in identifying and developing organizational improvement opportunities while looking at specific clinical outcomes
Participate in education of hospital and Medical Staff in the Performance Improvement Program/methodology and current Joint Commission/TMF Federal requirements
Assist in the Incident Report Program and PSO activities
Review medical records according to criteria and outcome data identified
Promote positive Customer Service with internal and external customers
Actively participate or lead CQI Pathway teams as needed
Responsible for the coordination of regulatory surveys, in particular, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (Joint Commission) survey
Manage and direct the Quality Management Department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare discipline (healthcare administration)
Licensed in the State of Texas (or compact state if registered nurse) as RN
Preferred
MSN or other Master's program in related healthcare field preferred
BCLS certification preferred
3-5 years clinical and management experience preferred, 1-2 years' experience in healthcare setting, in Quality Management, desirable
