Our client, Masterapp Labs, is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to install, administer, and troubleshoot cybersecurity tools and platforms while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance security controls and resolve complex security issues.

Responsibilities
Install, administer, and troubleshoot software and hardware related to cybersecurity tools and platforms
Apply security patches and updates to ensure systems remain current and protected
Develop, maintain, and enhance network and system security controls
Evaluate existing DSHS cybersecurity tools, technologies, and controls to identify gaps and risks
Provide actionable recommendations and implement risk-reduction and remediation plans
Design, prepare, and deliver project documentation, including:
Project plans
Status and progress reports
Briefings and presentations
Internal and external stakeholder communication materials
Conduct research, interviews, meetings, and workshops to understand DSHS strategic objectives, processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate extensively with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve complex security issues
Review and edit DSHS documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and formatting standards
Manage updates and revisions to technical documentation and security-related literature
Produce regular progress reports and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders as required
Qualification
Required
Evaluate and review existing DSHS Cybersecurity tools and controls to determine gaps, provide recommendations, and implement risk reduction plans for the DSHS organization
Design, prepare, and present supporting documentation such as project plans, status reports, briefings and presentations, and internal / external stakeholder communication materials for the DSHS organization
Use research, interviews, meetings, and workshops to understand the DSHS organization's strategic objectives, processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Interacts extensively with DSHS internal or external stakeholders, including business partners and/or external DSHS parties to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems or security gaps
Fulfill basic DSHS project management duties to ensure the successful completion of DSHS short-term engagements, to include creation of project charters, expectation / communications management, risk management, resource management for the DSHS org
Perform editing on DSHS documentation to include checks for format, clarity, and overall cohesiveness. Manage updates and revisions to technical literature for the DSHS organization. Provide progress reporting documents and briefing materials as required
