Responsibilities

Proficiency in navigating and configuring ServiceNow platform, including forms, tables, lists and ACLs

Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API to create business rules, client scripts & UI Actions

Experience using Flow Designer, workflows, approvals and notifications

Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and the Integration Hub

Knowledge of the full development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing & deployment) and experience with Agile methodologies
