Change Manager
Elevate Digital is a global leader in medical device innovation, focusing on modernizing their software ecosystem through cloud transformation. The Senior Change Management Leader will be responsible for planning and executing change management strategies, guiding multiple business units through the transition from on-premise systems to cloud-based platforms.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Healthcare Cloud Steering Committee and organization transformation team to lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for cloud migration initiatives across multiple product lines and business units
Partner with executives and transformation leaders to align change activities with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and customer needs
Define and measure change readiness, resistance points, and adoption risks; create mitigation plans that support stakeholders at all levels
Build and maintain strong relationships with product, engineering, support, sales, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure unified communication and engagement
Develop communication frameworks, messaging, and engagement plans tailored to internal teams and external customers impacted by cloud migration
Coordinate executive-level updates and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Partner with the Healthcare Cloud Steering Committee, Product Management, Customer Success, Security/Compliance, Legal/Regulatory, and all essential teams to design programs that support new cloud tools, workflows, and customer-facing changes
Develop adoption measurement frameworks and KPIs; evaluate training effectiveness and refine based on feedback and data
Oversee creation of user guides, knowledge articles, and readiness materials
Support redesign of business processes, workflows, and governance structures required for cloud-native operations
Collaborate with the Healthcare Cloud Steering Committee, PMO and transformation teams to integrate change management deliverables into project plans, milestones, and gating requirements
Ensure compliance and regulatory considerations are embedded into change strategies, especially for medical device and healthcare software environments
Work with commercial and service teams to ensure external customers are fully supported in their migration experience
Create customer-centric transition strategies to minimize downtime, maintain trust, and ensure proper onboarding to cloud-based solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in change management, preferably within medical device, healthcare IT, or other highly regulated technology industries
Proven success leading organizational and process change across large enterprises with complex product portfolios
