Confidential company is seeking a hands-on General Manager - Commercial Aquatics with extensive experience in commercial pool construction. This leader will oversee all aspects of large-scale pool projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing field operations, crews, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end field operations for commercial pool construction projects, from site preparation to final inspection and turnover

Manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, safety protocols, and deadlines

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control, job progress, and OSHA compliance

Lead project scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking across multiple active projects

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues and meet milestones

Standardize field processes and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and profitability

Hire, train, and retain experienced crews and subcontractors with commercial project expertise

Ensure all permitting, code requirements, and inspections are completed accurately and on time
