Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking an Office Clerk for their In-House Counsel. The role involves reviewing court dockets, processing files, and maintaining organized case assignments while ensuring effective communication and administrative support.

Review and print Court’s online docket
Search nationwide venues for court information
Data Entry in office system
Process files for Closing if dismissed and/or settled
Keep case assignments organized
Must be Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, etc)
Knowledge of basic legal terminology a plus
Other duties as assigned by management or as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi task
Organized
Detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems - Outlook, Word, Excel
Typing speed 30 words per minute
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure
Preferred
Office Administrative experience
Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
Knowledge of basic legal terminology
