Responsibilities

Lead D365 enhancements, integrations, and solution design

Translate business needs into system requirements and functional designs

Configure and optimize Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and related modules

Drive project activities from design through testing and deployment

Run workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

Ensure compliance with validation and regulatory needs (GxP)

Troubleshoot and provide functional expertise to end‑users

Required

5–7 years of hands‑on D365 experience

Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or sales processes

Organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work on-site weekly (hybrid role)

Preferred

Life sciences or medical device experience (GxP) is a strong plus
