Responsibilities

Lead Comprehensive Design: Oversee site development, roads, drainage, and utility systems from initial concept to final layout

Perform Complex Calculations: Conduct technical analysis for grading, earthwork volumes, and system sizing on non-routine projects

Manage Drawing Production: Direct the creation of detailed plans and ensure all drawings follow a logical sequence and professional presentation

Ensure Quality & Compliance: Lead the review and mark-up process to ensure all designs meet strict engineering codes and project specifications

Align Design with Budgets: Integrate project schedules and budget constraints into the design process while maintaining organized project records
