Responsibilities

Lead by example—setting clear goals, empowering your team, and creating an environment where continuous improvement thrives

Implementing key manufacturing objectives

Optimizing staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels

Ensuring efficient machine utilization

Coaching and coordinating team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards

Facilitating communication across shifts

Integrating new processes

Supporting equipment maintenance

Playing a hands-on role in training, performance evaluation, and fostering a culture of recognition and accountability

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience required

Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities

Experience in training and continuous improvement initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in AGS and Microsoft Office applications

Will be required to complete a Leadership Assessment which will be used in a behavior-based interview

Preferred

BA/BS degree and manufacturing experience preferred
