Senior LevelMetric Geo is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role involves leading and overseeing complex Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale T&D and Substation projects from planning through execution and closeout
Oversee EPC projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, schedules, and budgets
Drive project execution for LNG and compressor-related initiatives (experience highly valued)
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Implement project management best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and performance monitoring
Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in T&D/Substations and EPC projects
Strong background in LNG projects; compressor experience is a major plus
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
Flexible to work in a hybrid environment (on-site as required)
