The Facility Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping buildings and property grounds in clean and orderly condition, performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and notifying management of necessary repairs.

Responsibilities
Keep exterior buildings and property grounds in clean and orderly condition
Maintains grounds of property using hand and power tools
Operates and performs general maintenance on landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, weed-eaters, tractors
Performs tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting
Performs routine maintenance activities on facilities and notifies management of the need for repairs
Cleans debris from walking areas; may operate forklifts to empty trash cans and dumpsters
Follows procedures for the proper application of fertilizers, insecticides, or pesticides
Performs building maintenance, including cleaning, preparing, and painting structures
Qualification
Required
Regular, reliable attendance is required
Attention to detail and ability to work alone or with a team
Clear Motor Vehicle History is required
Experience operating hand tools and power tools is required
Experience operating landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, tractors is required
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior landscaping, facility groundskeeper experience preferred
Experience operating a forklift is preferred
