Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking Junior to Mid-level Electrical Engineers to work with our military and civil space divisions on space-based sensors. The role involves working on electronics boards and subsystems for satellites, with a focus on circuit board design, testing, and debugging.

Responsibilities

Work with military and civil space divisions on space-based sensors

Required

Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD in electrical or computer engineering
0-10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 0-8 years of experience with a master's degree or PhD
Experience with circuit design
Experience bringing up electronics in a laboratory environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance
Must be able to travel occasionally

Preferred

Top Secret Clearance
Experience in high reliability design for space and/or military systems
Understanding of radiation considerations in electronic design
Experience as a technical lead
Experience with power converters
Experience with high-speed communications interfaces
Experience automating testing of electronics
FPGA programming experience
Embedded systems experience
