Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly client invoices in compliance with firm and client guidelines
Edit and finalize prebills; ensure accuracy of time entries and matter details
Collaborate with attorneys and billing managers to resolve discrepancies and meet billing deadlines
Handle client-specific billing arrangements (e-billing, LEDES formats, split billing, etc.)
Manage billing for assigned attorneys and practice groups
Support billing and collections efforts and assist with reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Law firm billing experience (required)
Experience with Aderant or 3E billing software (required)
Familiarity with e-billing systems and client guidelines
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Excellent communication and organizational skills
