Responsibilities

Develop Repair Strategies: Create and validate complex repair procedures and strategies for Aurora Driver components
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Hardware organization—including Systems, Reliability, Vehicle Integration, and Fleet Operations teams—to identify and resolve technical issues
Troubleshooting: utilize a logical diagnostic approach to troubleshoot hardware faults and upgrade components
Documentation: Maintain precise documentation of repairs, upgrades, and diagnostic findings to support continuous improvement

Required

Proven experience using OEM diagnostic tools, methodologies, and logical troubleshooting frameworks
Comfortable solving difficult challenges and ready to 'roll up your sleeves' to expedite repairs
A constant eye for quality and the ability to follow complex technical instructions with precision
Excellent cross-team communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to diverse stakeholders
You communicate clearly and work well with teams across the hardware organization
Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo diagnostics tools and certifications
