Responsibilities
Plan, storyboard, and execute creative concepts for social media, web, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Lead all stages of video creation — including filming, lighting, audio, and post-production editing
Produce a variety of assets (short-form videos, photography, graphics, copy) optimized for social media, digital ads, and website use
Collaborate with the marketing team to shape content strategy, visual direction, and messaging that aligns with brand goals
Edit and color-grade videos, add motion graphics, and deliver polished final assets optimized for each platform
Maintain a content calendar, schedule posts, and analyze engagement metrics to refine future content
Stay current with trends in video, digital media, and platform algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and engaging
Coordinate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Organize and maintain a video and photo asset library for easy internal use

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
4+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or creative marketing
Expert knowledge of video and photo production equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, lighting, audio)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills
Experience producing both short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO, and content performance metrics
Ability to work independently and lead creative direction from concept through completion
