Regional Sales Manager
Seven Executive Limited is a top 15 industry leader in Wholesale HVAC/R Distribution, seeking an accomplished Market Sales Leader to drive growth and manage strategic accounts. The role involves leading a sales team, executing regional sales strategies, and overseeing financial performance.
Responsibilities
Lead, Mentor, and Develop – Provide hands-on coaching, training, and leadership to the outside sales team, ensuring they reach peak performance in customer acquisition and revenue generation
Drive Regional Growth – Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize profitability across the South Central Region
P&L Ownership – Oversee the region’s financial performance, set aggressive yet achievable sales targets, and ensure sustainable revenue growth
Build a Winning Sales Culture – Foster a results-driven, customer-focused sales environment that thrives on collaboration and accountability
Optimize the Sales Transition – Support and refine the shift from inside to outside sales, implementing best practices to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
leadership experience in wholesale HVAC/R, distribution, HVAC/R manufacturing or a closely related industry
a track record of successfully managing and growing large sales teams, preferably in an outside sales model
ability to craft and execute regional sales strategies that drive tangible business results
hands-on experience managing regional profitability and operational efficiency
