Responsibilities

Responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project
Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)
Must be comfortable traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle

Required

Must have 2 years of experience with the following skills
Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar)
Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures
Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow
Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro
Experience with Apple iPhone deployment
