Responsibilities
Develop and execute a firm-wide attorney recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives
Advise leadership on hiring priorities, market trends, and competitive intelligence
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for lateral and entry-level attorneys
Lead campus recruiting efforts and summer associate programs
Manage and develop the legal recruiting team and external recruiting partners
Oversee recruiting systems, reporting, and budgets
Qualification
Required
6+ years of attorney recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Proven experience leading recruiting initiatives and managing stakeholders at a senior level
Strong business judgment, communication skills, and comfort working with data and metrics
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
advanced degree preferred (Master's or JD)
