Case Management: Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload, including all aspects of commercial litigation, from initial client consultation and case strategy development to discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal
Strong Advocacy Skills: Proven experience in drafting persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as conducting depositions, arguing motions in court, and negotiating settlements
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative litigation strategies that align with client goals and achieve favorable outcomes
Client and Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships and work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in drafting persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs
Experience conducting depositions, arguing motions in court, and negotiating settlements
