Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Treasury department, overseeing both the Back Office and Front Office Treasury operations

Develop and implement strategies for capital management, investment, and risk assessment to maximize returns and minimize financial risks

Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of the treasury functions with the strategic goals of the organization

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making processes

Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders

Required

Proven experience in Back Office and Front Office Treasury operations within the Insurance or related financial sector

Knowledge of relevant financial legislation, policies, and regulations pertinent to the Insurance industry
