Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and cash applications
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
Monitor compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
Analyze revenue cycle metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or related roles
Strong knowledge of billing systems, collections processes, and ERP platforms
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
