Manage multiple high-end residential projects end-to-end, leading design development, documentation, and client presentations
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and fabricators, ensuring seamless project execution
Scope, plan, and manage project schedules and budgets, including the design and procurement of custom furnishings
Review and submit accurate project documentation that meets design intent and technical standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
5–8+ years of professional experience
Proven track record of end-to-end project management in luxury residential design
Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential
Experience with Studio Designer is a bonus
NCIDQ credentials are a plus
