New Grad, Entry LevelNola Canvas is expanding their New Orleans events team and is seeking an Events Engagement Associate who enjoys interacting with people and supporting on-site campaign activities. The role involves representing client brands at events, engaging with attendees, and assisting with event logistics to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities
Represent client brands at local events, community pop-ups, and retailer-hosted activations
Assist with event setup, staging, and daily logistics to ensure smooth execution
Engage with event attendees to share campaign information in a clear, friendly, and accurate way
Support product and service sales through direct customer engagement in an event setting
Collect attendee insights and feedback to help improve future event strategies
Maintain a professional, informed presence that aligns with each brand’s messaging and values
Collaborate with the events and marketing team to understand campaign objectives and talking points
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Interest in events, marketing, community outreach, or brand activation
Reliability, professionalism, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to work on-site across the New Orleans area for events and activations
A proactive, adaptable, team-oriented approach
