Responsibilities
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including customizations and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and refine requirements
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications modules and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and maintain technical documentation including system designs and user guides
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with coding standards security policies and best practices
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions
Perform Service Mapping Discovery and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
ServiceNow platform expertise (development configuration integration) (6 Years)
JavaScript and scripting knowledge (6 Years)
API integration (REST/SOAP web services) (6 Years)
ITSM and ITOM process optimization (6 Years)
ITSM CSM HAM experience (6 Years)
Agile/Scrum project delivery (6 Years)
Technical documentation and system design (6 Years)
Troubleshooting and analytical thinking (6 Years)
Prior public or Government sector experience (2 yrs)
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
