Xpress Boats is seeking a Product Data Specialist to create and update configurator for bill of material accuracy and manage the engineering change workflow. The role involves working with product development and production teams to ensure accurate manufacturing data and maintain production CAD files.

Responsibilities

Set-up new manufactured part numbers
Quote the manufacturing costs of new products
Verify the manufacturing costs of existing products
Input data into configurator
Input manufactured data into the MRP/ERP system
Complete product costing exercises
Complete time studies and create manufacturing standards for processes
Complete and update manufacturing drawings using 2-D and 3-D CAD
Manage the engineering change workflow. Draft engineering change notices (ECN) from requests (ECR) with proper documentation and ensure information is communicated to all applicable parties
Update records and control documentation
Assist in compiling information and drafting work instructions, training materials, compliance documents, and other documentation

Required
