Responsibilities
Utilize expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM (Hyperion / Essbase or equivalent EPM tools) to support the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Finance leadership to gather business requirements and translate them into technical EPM solutions
Configure and support EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting
Develop and maintain Essbase cubes , calculation scripts, business rules, metadata, and data mappings
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and forecasting cycles
Design and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics , ensuring data accuracy and usability for business stakeholders
Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements and new implementations
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies
Document business processes, system configurations, and technical specifications
Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades, patches, integrations, and cloud migrations
Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and best-practice adoption within the EPM ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or EPM Analyst supporting enterprise financial systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion / Oracle Cloud EPM, including Essbase
Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close
Experience translating complex finance requirements into technical system solutions
Proficiency in data integrations, metadata management, and calculation logic
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
