Re-image systems using department-approved processes to ensure the workstation meets current cybersecurity and configuration standards
Collaborate with IT personnel to close vulnerabilities through patching and configuration hardening
Interpret vulnerability assessment reports and follow established procedures and guidelines to carry out appropriate remediation actions
Perform hardware salvage, disposal, or repurposing in accordance with CJIS and NIST data protection and sanitization standards
Conduct system triage and document technical findings to support daily Information
