Responsibilities
Install, commission, and qualify industrial metal printing systems at customer facilities
Deliver comprehensive training to customer operators and maintenance technicians
Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting via remote and onsite assistance
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and perform corrective repairs
Monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, and deliver detailed reports
Support system upgrades, component replacements, and performance enhancements
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and company representative to customers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience servicing complex high-tech systems with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
Technical knowledge of control systems, electrical components, and optical systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform effectively under pressure
Preferred
Background in training end users is advantageous
Experience with lasers, optical technologies, Additive Manufacturing (AM), or Beckhoff PLC systems highly preferred
