Procentrix is seeking a Dynamics Project Lead to oversee all phases of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation. This role involves project management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of the system across various modules.

Responsibilities

Maintain the project plan, schedule, risk register, action items
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the Procentrix delivery team
Lead weekly status meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations with transparency
Ensure deliverables meet client acceptance criteria and align with the Statement of Work
Assist with Dynamics CE design and configurations
Manage cross‑team dependencies (e.g., data, integrations, infrastructure, user testing)

Qualification

Required

8+ years of Microsoft-based IT systems development
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
Experience leading Dynamics CE implementation projects
Experience leading teams of at least 6 FTE
Skilled in Dynamics 365 CE concepts, modules, and terminology
Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with executive sponsors
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities
Strong Agile development experience, preferably as a Scrum Master

Preferred

Experience working as a consultant for federal, state, or tribal governments
Experience with Dynamics CE v9.1 (on-premises)
Agile certifications
Microsoft certifications
US Citizen
