Own NetSuite implementations and migrations, including integration of Bill.com, Expensify and other systems
Onboard new clients, manage system access and train clients
Serve as administrator for NetSuite, QuickBooks, FloQast, and other finance and accounting systems
Adhere to ITGC policies governing user management, system change management and troubleshooting
Use Zendesk to provide timely support guidance for Engine Room clients and team members
Qualification
Required
