They are seeking a self-motivated professional Project Manager specializing in Residential Development to lead a team and oversee design and construction activities.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians

Work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on residential development projects

Oversee all phases of design and construction activities

Help develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSG

Required

10+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of site development projects

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect

Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading is expected

Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, Roadway design and survey experience is a plus

The ability to engage reviewing agencies while preparing technical designs and addressing comments is a critical part of our process
