Responsibilities
Represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle, premises, products liability, and other PI matters
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and memoranda
Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Manage cases from initial filings through trial preparation and trial work
Review medical records, work with expert witnesses, and prepare trial materials
Qualification
Required
Active CA State Bar license in good standing
4+ years litigation experience, including trials
Ability to manage high-volume PI caseload and supervise paralegals
Strong writing, oral advocacy, organization, and client communication skills
Preferred
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
