Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices
Provide technical leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and solution blueprints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies with external systems and platforms
Guide development teams on coding standards, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
Support pre-sales activities, including technical assessments, solutioning, and client presentations
Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends
Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance solution design, development efficiency, and data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture
Proven experience implementing Salesforce in complex environments
At least 3 years of recent professional services experience
Recent Revenue Cloud implementation experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)
Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making
Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly preferred
Agent Force or other AI certifications are a big plus
