They are seeking a Mobile Program Coordinator to lead the planning, delivery, and follow-up of programs across partner locations, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, delivery, and follow-up of Affinity Esports programs across partner locations
Balance event logistics, curriculum delivery, and technical troubleshooting with participant and parent engagement
Ensure programs run seamlessly from start to finish, creating safe, inclusive, and impactful experiences for all participants
Travel to pick up and transport equipment to partner locations for programming
Represent Affinity Esports’ mission of healthier, purposeful gaming
Qualification
Required
Program planning or coordination experience
Experience working with kids/teens
Strong technical gaming knowledge or teaching experience
Valid driver's license required
Demonstrable and related experience
Commutable to studios and mobile locations across CT
Knowledge of coding, game creation and live streaming
Willingness to learn new skills
Preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong troubleshooting under pressure
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Passion for gaming, engagement, and teaching
