Responsibilities
Execute an approved annual regional sales plan
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers/ranchers
Conduct on-farm/ranch consultations and product demonstrations
Provide in-store merchandising support including displays and POP materials
Deliver expert troubleshooting and product recommendations to end users and dealers
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Travel extensively within the territory to maximize growth potential
Use CRM tools to plan, track, and report on activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of farm/ranch operations
Are a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Enjoy being on the road and engaging directly with customers
Are confident presenting and demonstrating products in both one-on-one and group settings
Can troubleshoot and recommend solutions with a consultative approach
Are tech-savvy and able to use CRM tools to manage your territory effectively
Are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and travel demands
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel
Proven track record of strong sales growth and achievement
Preferred
A 4-year college degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
Previous Territory Management experience in the agricultural marketplace
